Daniel’s V7 is the first rifle in the DDM4 lineup to feature the M-LOKattachment technology with the Daniel Defense MFR XS rail. Built around acold hammer forged, 16″ barrel, the V7 has a DD improved flashsuppressor to reduce flash signature. The mid-length gas system providessmooth and reliable cycling under any condition and reduces bothperceived recoil and wear on moving parts. A free-floating MFR XShand-guard offers incredible weight savings as well as superior cooling,ergonomics, and modularity while maintaining the strength anddurability expected from Daniel Defense. With the M-LOK attachmentpoints that run along 6-positions and an uninterrupted 1913 picatinnyrail on top, the V7 has plenty of room for the sights, optics, andaccessories the user may require. The rifle is finished off with therugged and comfortable Daniel Defense buttstock and pistol grip. TheDaniel Defense California compliant design prevents the magazine releasebutton from being engaged while fully assembled, locking the magazineinto the receiver. To release the magazine from the rifle, the shooterwill be required separate the upper from the lower by pulling on anextended (rear) takedown pin with an attached cord to make the processeasier.Features:
